It's best Hannah that u get good at this because it's where the money is (a commission) - otherwise I will get a tele sales person - their will be ups and downs - so give it a good 3 months for us both to decide. As discussed you are in a unique position to be able to discuss with people. *Church - is a problem because it has to NOT be in the service chapel - it can however be in an annexed "hall" - just not where they daven - needs handled sensitively because this could be a very good one.

Hotels - this is an odd one and more bespoke - holiday resort type perhaps

First asking "do they have a piano (and perhaps they could get one in)

Selling to the director the idea to offer an afternoon / evenings entertainment to it's members / community

How to get into many music venues or small theatre based bookings is a mystery to me, other than being affiliated / signed to some music management company - the above is just my stab at something - if you come up with anything at all that fits the rider I am up for it.

Once price agreed, Eli will say "we will email back with date options once the travel design is set)

I create a travel plan

I / we call e back all and secure dates and send the W9 / set up my account info with them etc

 

STEP 5:

THEN: contact my existing customers and say: "Paul has grown and is working further afield - and can we can only look at every 3 months, but it is now a minimum $500 for a performance / so it is not enough to charge 300-360,  (of course every two months is good also).

I am well established already with the residents so can IyH’ fall into the category of “rare and more desired”
