SELLING THE SALESMAN
If I told you I had a way for it to work in the way that you have believed in it working for a long time in the way, and I think it can also, and if I told you that that way would cost, say, for example, $40k more with the high high high chance of it working, and it would stop the high high chance of it "not working" without it.
It goes in both directions. It shpritzes in both directions - l'havdil.
And that is a combination of a well paid sales guy to do the really hard nosed salesman thing, to use what we've got to get big ticket things to do his job, full time job. Plus, there's an online thing that professional help is needed to to employ (at least at a basic level - more about that later) geo targeting the the videos made when we do a concert in an area, whatever type of concert it is / that he gets.
And here's another interesting point to add to it:
I don't need paid a lot. The money that we make from this can go to pay it back. So to get this extra money, which I want to seek, we can say that the money that he helps us make will go in to return that. But we're gonna give him a guaranteed great wage because we need a great salesman.
If you don't have someone dedicated to sales and marketing - you don't have a business.

Ive got a full time position in all the target work i have identified and designed the emails and training for. And thats a good start
But they should ultimately be gathering information about whats the best targets to be going for because thay really could be shooting very hi with both this Operetta and the J writers show - is it crazy to direct him to shoot for proper agents / venue circuits.
