ALL THAT IS BEING DISCUSSED encompases:
other funding to alievate u PLUS pay for two nessesary expsnes
as the only route but confident rout to higher value sales BezH'
you may never have seen anything like whats coming in scope and clarity
plz take on that im going to present:
a sales processes
a sell to something uber mega - un relasied till now
The ultimate direction and the currently relevant steps to get there
a realistic BezH journey goal to that ultimate goal on a few fronts (eg one angle ongoing vv Hillel and Rav T - but too much to get into now)
DIRECTION
because I'm perhaps an actor. It is framed as such, therefore it fits in theaters, therefore it fits with my experience of intimate shows, therefore it fits with my audience and my repertoire. And for Paper Gun, it get framing in line also with that, so that it will ultimately BezH’ lead to a small theater tour and eventually residencies – it so happens it may be perfect for NY off off Broadway if that matsive still exists, but bkitzor it can still travel as well.
it's two distinct shows that run on different nights in the same theater. I think it's, what a sale
And I can sell two shows on two different nights. I can. I can sell two shows every place I perform and get the same audience back. They can come twice. Incredible.
And by dint of doing one, it gets them to buy the other one so they can buy the tickets for the next night at the end of the first night. The first night's the J Writers, that's that show. The second night, they come to see the original one. It's a genius plan, never been done.
Sell Hillel. I want two nights there as well. Everything's a two night show. Firstly do that and then it sells the second night. And we need manpower to get receive the ticket purchase.
But we'll deal with that. That's logistics.
Everything I've done leaves leaves us with two things to capitalize on everything I've done. It's a successful product. It needs two things for the business success to tally. One is the right hand man to exercise all the sales avenues and maneuvers, which are delineated. Two is a kesher from the sales guy, to the right geo target marketing person for wherever the concert is taking place, that the potential audience / customers should get under their nose the correct advertising videos that have been made.
Interesting perspective subtext, with everything else, leads the viewer to recognize that it is the Jewish songwriters who are about understanding and chesed
NOTE
for he fans, to the critics, what Ive made hits the mark - eg Billy fan staff in Anappolis
Overview
What is currently being discussed encompasses two key components:
-
Securing additional funding to relieve and cover two essential expenses.
-
Laying the foundation for a confident, high-potential path toward elevated-value sales—BezH'
What’s coming is something you may not have seen before—in both scope and clarity.
Presentation Goals
Here’s what I have to present:
-
A comprehensive sales process.
-
A pitch for something of extraordinary scale—an idea not fully realized until now.
-
A clear vision of the ultimate direction and the steps needed to achieve it.
-
A realistic journey toward that vision, with specific examples (e.g., ongoing work with Hillel and Rav T—though that’s a broader discussion for another time).
Creative Direction
Given my background as a performer, the project is framed theatrically. This fits naturally with my experience in intimate performance and resonates with both my audience and existing repertoire.
For the "Paper Gun" project, the framing aligns perfectly:
-
The goal is to launch a small theater tour, leading to artist residencies.
-
It's well-positioned for New York’s Off-Off-Broadway scene (if that still has traction), but in any case, it’s designed to travel and scale.
The Concept: Two Shows, One Theater
Two distinct shows that run on different nights at the same venue. This model allows for:
-
A strong sales proposition: attendees can be encouraged to return the next night.
-
Double-ticket purchases at the end of Night One.
-
Night One: "J Writers" show.
-
Night Two: the original performance.
-
This dual-show model is unique and scalable. I plan to pitch it to eg Hillel and aim for a two-night format wherever the show runs.
We’ll need to manage ticketing logistics—but that’s manageable.
Sales Infrastructure Requirements
To fully capitalize on the momentum of everything built so far, we need two critical components:
-
A right-hand person to lead and maintain a well defined multiple sales strategy and execution.
-
A strong connection between that sales lead and a geo-targeted marketing expert who can ensure the right audience sees our promotional content, particularly the advertising videos.
Subtext & Messaging
A compelling narrative runs through all of this:
-
It subtly highlights that Jewish songwriters are uniquely grounded in understanding and chesed
Final Note
From longtime fans to discerning critics, the feedback has been clear: the work hits its mark. (For example, a Billy Joel fan staffer in Annapolis was notably impressed.)
