Im so excited about delivering the an Operetta run the way I’ve worked on it – I’ve done such an upgrade

I’ve honed / I’ve raised the game for the Operetta through recent performances in Maryland - see: Reputation & all laughs no smiles"

 

Can we talk now about re recitals in places in Charleston between August 1 till Sept 14. 

 

I pulled together from different places elements of the songs I threw together that night at yours as an “operetta”

It’s the first video on the operetta page – let me know any thoughts

 

I’ve honed / raised the game for said Operetta a little bit too, selection of pieces etc.

I don't necessarily need places with a piano.

I can do it with a keyboard, it is possible, but it's just so much better with the piano.

I listed the ones you mentioned below and created an email with dates, to copy/paste/alter as you see fit to make it easier…. feel free to ignore / re-do / alter. I suggest July 1 till Sept 6 but if someone has their own dates in mind of course I’d like to hear about it

Subsequent to our call about; Baby Tosh (Paul) our friend, who stayed with us while performing in Charleston, and as a thank you made a recital of his own original Operetta in our home, see clips of that on:

It made me feel like I was in the pre-WWII era of the arts in Jewish society! Loved it

 

Can I ask you to put together a fund-raising event with Paul performing his Operetta as a focal point for the evening. And to pay him $x. Myself and some of other people who attended at our house will help organize and promote.

 

He generally performs a concert of: “Six Decades of the Jewish Songwriters, with some discussion about the songs, and insights behind the artists lives”, see his web site www.babytosh.com

 

He will be in town again July 1 till Sept 6, but if you have other dates in mind let me know

1:

He did two concerts and the wedding at BSBI, and his Operetta at our house and we feel he has a chance now of pulling a crowd for a concert at Fox.

I suggested also to double up with another act… but he should be able to bring something of a crowd this time from all the above and the feedback he got. 

He would split the ticket with you so no need to commit to a fee, just throw in a little promo.

Please allow me to mention that the Operetta is his best work, but a combination of the J writers show may be useful for getting a crowd which is a great set. But regards the Operetta it's not just my opinion I see the reactions.

But again if you prefer a combo or even just the J writers that's great.
