Pauls work is rare, and much needed - please see the many responses in his live testimonial clips video above to see the impact of his work.
I am looking to pull together fund raising partners for the propagation of Pauls work spreading of love and peace, at the very least to keep him actively involved.
He is reaching forwards into new markets, the bulk of his customers however till recently have been senior living facilities, where the meager pay that facilities budget for is not enough.
The greatest response however has been from his Operetta for which he has a string of private home bookings coming up BezH' as a result of his recent performances. I wish to see enough support for this to be allowed more of his time all be it not a great earner (yet), along with his also recently successful Jewish songwriters concert for synagogues as well as non Jewish community centers and other target markets as seen on the jobs page
I wish to allow for a modest income for Paul to also help support a normal family life, and to lift the load with one member of full-time staff on the higher level sales, as he continues to perform over great distances.
His costs far outweigh the income generated at this time, although the demand and need is hi. No way existed to bypass all program directors to the bosses or owners who determine these low wages, in return for what is uniquely appreciated in Pauls service. There are no people out there doing what he is doing, hence he still gets the “maximum” wherever he goes with his loyal supporters in the seniors facilities up and down the East coast, but that is still very low for what is a hi quality product in; tasking, maintenance, preparation, and set up time; these and more behind the scenes responsabilities. It just doesn't pay what it should for the sake of what he does.
* “Since Covid all the other entertainers don’t want to come back and they all now ask for $500 and we cant afford it, Paul has always performed his 2hr show with set up and strip down for $340, this is the most we ever paid any entertainer which usually ranges from $150 to $200 max, but he works hard doing a great job.”

Paul has taken music as a therapy to a new level, every performance contributes to calmness, to a degree of peace, to the participants overall wellbeing. He has dedicated his life to his work, honed a repertoire and performance approaches, and proved himself with a variety of audiences, and developed a quality equipment system to provide a standard in many ways. The results are palpable, as can be seen and heard. Paul performs from Jacksonville to Connecticut; doing all booking preparations, promotion, invoicing, video production, gear maintenance, videography etc. He needs some things taken off his hands, and a little help to afford a more normal life.
I'm no multi millionaire, but I believe in the spread of Pauls work for it's own sake, to the extent that for the last few years in various ways I have offered support, and seen results; including, after seeing him travel some distances in all weathers in a beat up Honda, I bought a full self driving Tesla (that Paul sometimes sleeps in), now I am changing that for a truck with a camper. The kind of distances Paul covers would be impossible without this as well s relief from a constant in and out of friends houses & air Bnb's.

Someone like Paul would a long time ago have had an “artist development deal", to do what he has been done; he is booked far and wide, and beyond his capacity to handle, in a realm where there is a need, but without a decent wage (yet).
I am looking for motivated individuals, to join me in this opportunity to share in something meaningful.
A BIT ABOUT JEWISH PRIDE
Paul is a Bal Teshuva of 15 years. As a matter of Jewish pride, other than wearing a kippa when he performs and his decades of performing the Jewish songwriters, and his original operetta content (all available for review on this site), Paul has been constantly developing his show format and now includes what he explains as the link between the Jewish songwriters of the last six decades and learning Torah,
"This introspective yet outward-looking approach mirrors a way of thinking that is very familiar and meaningful to me, in another shared narrative that transcends generations. Im talking about learning the Talmud where you find the ultimate; in the deeper and the abstract."
Like we support that which can bring good, this "is" another good. I have supported what Paul is doing, he is a walking singing philanthropic project, he promotes the welfare of others, and a love of humanity on various levels. I have seen progression no matter the venue.
We have now arrived at a forward thinking sales and marketing need.
That of a dedicated salesman is the obvious step as outlined in the job description here.
I try to help in this but I am busy also.
It's not for the artist / the doing person to be the talking about person, to negotiate, and as such I feel Paul tends to under sell his value.
SALESMAN
The sales tools as encompassed in this web site are in three target categories; the show in all its variety function and facility, an original and highly lauded operetta, and a wedding package - these should all be in the hands of a dedicated salesman who goes for hi ticket bookings. For bookings for after the chagim in October we need someone, better to have them immediately after the truck / camper implementation, prior to the next performance round; ending again in Charleston just before Rosh Hashonna. Also funds to him to use for general marketing as well as to focus his attention to be motivated to get that first great booking, call it an advance. It would be ideal to have him start early to sell for after RH YKP and Sukkos, and then BezH’ - from his first success determine a travel route and focus thereafter geographically. Just get one really good one first anywhere in the USA.

We have built to this point and he has gone out very far for me to be in a position to be able to present and service the work
The job now is to make the best sales and marketing job into various situations for which although I do it I am the least well suited person as well as not having the time to service that job well with the doing of the bookings and all the other related jobs
Eli has been spearheading, and has invested much and on many and all levels (as watching videos over the last two years will show).
As for the next phase, it is well orchestrated and with real new customer interest at a higher level of pay.
Eli is the financial manager and could use a partner to take the load off him a bit as well as what we need for the main thing of a full time sales person on all the targets outlined, as well as a small general marketing spend, while I (and he) go through the next stage of the build

The sales position is well defined and understood in the jobs section
Im not looking for a completely ruthless person, but someone simply more natural to discussing the product in the third person, which is necessary when negotiating and closing deals - simply not appropriate for "the product" its self to be doing the "talking".
I can pass on many leads and establish prior many contacts
So what I need as soon as possible / working on bookings for once got the truck is working plus after the next round, probably 6 months from now (even on some of the current leads):
